Eric Brock is the Founder of Ondas Inc. and our Chairman and CEO. Eric works closely with our management teams and partners to drive adoption of our private wireless connectivity and autonomous drone technology platforms and services in critical government and industrial markets across our Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business units. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of global banking and investing experience. Previously, Eric served as a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager with Clough Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm from 2000 to 2017. Prior to Clough, Eric was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. and an accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Boston College.

Neil Laird has been the CFO of Ondas Inc. since June 2024 and has provided accounting and financial services to the company since 2021. He is a seasoned executive leading the finance teams at both public and private companies. Neil’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, financing, international operations and SEC reporting. Since 2016, he has worked with startup high technology companies assisting them in setting up accounting systems and procedures and obtaining financing. From 1999 to 2016, Neil was CFO at several Silicon Valley based companies including ADAC Laboratories, SumTotal Systems, and Mobileum. Previously, he held senior financial positions at Coherent and Measurex. He qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant and has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Patrick Huston is the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Ondas Inc., where he leads operational execution, integration and governance across the company’s autonomous systems business. He is a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General with over 35 years of experience in national security operations, policy and law. Patrick's military experience included roles as a Commanding General, and other leadership and combat roles with the 101st Airborne Division, Joint Special Operations Command, and U.S. Central Command. He has an engineering degree from West Point, and graduate degrees in both law and strategy.  He holds FAA commercial pilot ratings and is an attorney admitted to practice in Colorado and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mark Green is the Head of Global Corporate Development and M&A at Ondas Inc. and is a key member of the executive leadership team. He works closely with management to lead corporate development and strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures and direct investments, to support the company's global expansion goals. He is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years cross-border investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to Ondas, Mark spent over 11 years as Managing Director and Head of Technology Investment Banking at Ladenburg Thalmann. He also founded Green Capital Group Inc. and held senior technology investment banking roles at prominent firms like Collins Stewart and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin in the US and Israel, building on his foundation at Citigroup. Mark holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Bath and a degree from the University of Westminster.
